How to Use This Calculator

Reconstituting peptides requires mixing a lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder with bacteriostatic water (BAC water). This calculator helps you determine:

• How much BAC water to add to your vial
• The resulting concentration in mcg/mL or mg/mL
• Exactly how many units to draw in your syringe for each dose
• How many doses you'll get from one vial

Step 1 — Enter your peptide vial size

Common vial sizes are 2mg, 5mg, 10mg, and 15mg. Check your vial label for the exact amount.

Step 2 — Enter BAC water volume

Most protocols use 1–3mL of bacteriostatic water per vial. Using more water lowers concentration, making it easier to measure small doses precisely.

Step 3 — Enter your desired dose

Enter your dose in mcg (micrograms), mg (milligrams), or IU (international units). Common peptide doses range from 100mcg to 500mcg per injection.
