How to Use This Calculator

Reconstituting peptides requires mixing a lyophilized (freeze-dried) powder with bacteriostatic water (BAC water). This calculator helps you determine:

Step 1 — Enter your peptide vial size

Common vial sizes are 2mg, 5mg, 10mg, and 15mg. Check your vial label for the exact amount.

Step 2 — Enter BAC water volume

Most protocols use 1–3mL of bacteriostatic water per vial. Using more water lowers concentration, making it easier to measure small doses precisely.

Step 3 — Enter your desired dose

Enter your dose in mcg (micrograms), mg (milligrams), or IU (international units). Common peptide doses range from 100mcg to 500mcg per injection.

Common Peptides This Works For

GLP-1 agonists (Semaglutide, Tirzepatide, Retatrutide), BPC-157, CJC-1295, Ipamorelin, TB-500, AOD-9604, HGH, HCG, Melanotan II, PT-141, and more.
