What size vial storage case do I need?+
Match your case to your supply on hand — not your total cycle count. If you receive monthly shipments of 4 vials, a 6-vial case gives you room for the current supply plus a couple extras. Should I store all my vials in one case?+
It's a good idea if you're organized about it. Keeping your active supply (reconstituted vials) together in one case in the fridge makes it easy to track what's open and when it expires. Many people use a smaller case for their in-use vials and a larger one for their backup stock.
How long do reconstituted peptide vials last?+

How to Calculate How Many Peptide Vials You Need
Figuring out your vial needs comes down to four variables: vial strength, dose per injection, injection frequency, and cycle length. The formula looks like this:

- Total dose for cycle = Dose per injection × injections per week × weeks
- Vials needed = Total dose ÷ dose per vial (rounded up)
For example: 0.5mg semaglutide × 1 injection/week × 12 weeks = 6mg total. A 2.5mg vial contains 2.5mg. 6 ÷ 2.5 = 2.4 → 3 vials (always round up).
Why Add a Buffer Vial?
